IF YOU PURCHASE SOMETHING YOU NEED TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN
RETURN POLICY
We believe in offering the Very Best – Value, Quality and Selection. You may return unused items for a refund, or exchange within 90 days* from the date of purchase. For any item purchased through Catalog or Internet please follow the Return or Exchange directions below.
* 30 Days for unused and unopened Electronics & Software
To Get Authorization for a Return or Exchange by phone:
Contact us by phone at 1-888-743-9378 to receive an Exchange/Return authorization. Our RV Accessory Store Staff will review your case and advise you with further instructions.
To Return or Exchange an item by Mail/Courier:
- Contact us by email at onlinereturn@campkins.com to receive an Exchange/Return form. Next to the item you are returning, indicate on the form the quantity and reason for each return item. Also indicate exchange or additional order items.
- Box the item securely. The original invoice is required. Enclose the invoice plus all original packaging and accessories.
- We will issue a credit to the original credit card for the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable. Please allow 10 to 15 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Shipping charges are not refundable, and shipping will be charged for the new items(s) sent.
To Return or Exchange an Item at Campkin’s Store:
- Catalog and internet purchases can be returned or exchanged at Campkin’s RV Centre, 9760 Baldwin St North, Myrtle Station, Whitby, Ontario
- Take the items to be returned to Campkin’s RV Centre’s retail location along with your original invoice.
- The Campkin’s RV Centre Parts Store Staff will process your return based on Store Return Policy and refund appropriate amounts.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.

ELECTRONICS
You may return unused, unopened electronics for a refund or exchange within 30 days from date of purchase. A receipt is required.
SOFTWARE
You may return unused, unopened software for a refund or exchange within 30 days from date of purchase. A receipt is required. Software that has been opened cannot be returned.
Bedding
You may return unused, unopened bedding for a refund or exchange within 30 days from date of purchase. A receipt is required. Bedding that has been opened cannot be returned.
SPECIAL & CUSTOM ORDER ITEMS
You may change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, production of your custom order begins, so we cannot make changes. Changes or cancellations cannot be made on “rush” orders because production starts immediately.
OTHER RETURN INFORMATION
Special & Custom Order Items: If we made an error on your order we will fix the order immediately at no charge to you. If you made an error in your order, unfortunately we cannot issue a return or refund because we are unable to recover our cost on special order items. We do our best to minimize the chance for errors by helping you collect the necessary information to process your order. Please review your special order carefully before committing to purchasing.
